We do not sell, share, or rent any content, data, or other such materials you upload or otherwise actively provide to us through the Sites.
To better understand our customers and their interests, during use of our Sites, we may, through a third-party provider, automatically collect and /or track general data that is not personally identifiable information and related to activities while visiting our Sites, such as your referring/exit pages, use of our Sites, user behavior, general traffic flow, and number of times visited.
If you (a) order Services using a Site, (b) use Services from a Site, or (c) otherwise contact us, we may request information from you using an order, contact or registration form, or otherwise. Such information may include things such as your name, username, password, email address, business information, and general information about your interest in, and use of, the Sites (collectively, the “Account Information”). We may use such Account Information to better understand and market to our customers and Site users (e.g., product and service development, and sales and marketing purposes).
Account Holders. Depending on the configuration and features selected by the user, we may share your information with the account holder or other users associated with your account. For example, an employer or task leader may have access to certain information about your use of the Coras Service.
Specific Services. We use Microsoft Azure to host our Sites, and we may have agreements with other parties to provide you with specific additional services, including, third-party hosted collaboration tools and other hosted services. When you or your organization use such services, we may share personally identifiable information with such parties. In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict the information provided to the information necessary for the provision of such services.
Our Sites integrate some services provided by third parties. We may share some of your information with these service providers for them to provide their services, including providing marketing assistance, conducting customer and/or user profiling, and collecting statistical information about the use of our website, and hosting services. As such, the terms and privacy policies of these service providers may apply to you as well, for example, Hubspot, fullstory, and Microsoft Azure.
The Sites may contain links to and from third party websites of our business partners, advertisers, and social media sites. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. We strongly recommend that you read their privacy policies and terms and conditions of use to understand how they collect, use, and share information. Their standards may differ from ours.
When you add additional users to your account we send them an invitation to join our Sites and request such users to provide us with certain additional contact information including such users’ email addresses. When you use such a service, you represent and warrant to us that you have an existing business or personal relationship with such additional user sufficient to avoid liability under any law that applies to unsolicited email. You will be deemed to be the sender of any such email (or other electronic communication) and we will be deemed to merely be a service provider facilitating your sending of the email (or other electronic communication).
Coras protects personally identifiable Account Information with certain security measures, including use of firewalls with intrusion detection, 24/7 monitoring, physical security through our hosting providers, payment processing providers, and processing and authentication standards for password and username.
Where we or our agents collect nonpublic Personal Information from you, we or they will generally take reasonable steps to protect such information, but there may be circumstances when such information will not be protected. Unless we have or our agent has specifically identified the connection as secure, you should assume that the connection is not secure and that it is possible for third parties to surreptitiously and/or illegally intercept the information shared by you and us.
Users who provide information to Coras may receive email announcements or advertisements, updates, Service announcements, administrative messages, or other information about one (1) or more of the Sites and/or our Services. Registered users may also receive notifications or other information about Services, and deals we think may be of interest to such registered users. Out of respect for your privacy, we present the option to opt out of receiving these types of communications.
Any user of our Sites, may view and access their Personal Profile and make changes to the Personal Information stored there. You can also delete or change your Personal Information in our records by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we respond to such requests within one (1) week.
You may opt out of receiving certain e-mails, e-mail updates and alerts and phone calls by contacting us at email@example.com. Your account can be deactivated by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may turn off cookies in your browser, which will prevent certain tracking.

It is Coras’ policy to refrain from knowingly collecting or maintaining personally identifiable information relating to any person under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18 and believe you have already provided personally identifiable information through the Site, please have your parent or guardian contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can remove such information from our files.
We appreciate your trust in providing us your personal data; we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. Nevertheless, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security, so you must generally practice safe browsing on the web.
